I do not work out as much as I should, as in never. My girl friend and I share the same profession and we combined our businesses a few years back. Our stress and anxiety is a shared stress and anxiety. Since graduating college and entering the "real world," the stress, the anxiety, the never ending fear, of wondering if our business will ever see a profit as most days than naught, led to me coming home from the office planting myself in a chair to stare at another screen to escape this "real world."
