Returns & Exchanges

30 Day Free Returns & Exchanges:

1.  Items may be returned/exchanged within 30 days of delivery.

2.  Items must be new and unused with original tags attached.

3. Clearance items may not be returned/exchanged.

4. Returns/exchanges must be processed manually by the purchaser through the returns/exchanges portal.

5. Products returned after 30 days are eligible for a store credit for the value the item was purchased for. 

6. Products returned for refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee which shall not exceed $10.00.

7. When you initiate a return/exchange, we will email you a return/exchange label free of charge. Once the item is received our staff will process the return/exchange and either ship you a replacement item, or refund the card used to make the purchase. We process returns on Wednesdays and Fridays typically, however holiday traffic and inclement weather may cause changes to this. 

6. International buyers be advised that return/exchange labels will need to be purchased at your expense. Check with your local courier and please obtain a tracking number so you are able to monitor the shipping progress.

7. All returns/exchanges must be sent back using our returns portal. If you do not send your items back using the return portal, you will not have a return number. Without a return number, we have no way to identify your order and the items will be restocked or donated. 

Order Cancellations:

1. Orders canceled before shipment are subject to 10% restocking fee (If the label has been purchased, and the items have been packed).
