1. Items may be exchanged within 30 days of Delivery
2. Clearance items may not be returned or exchanged
3. Exchanges may be processed manually by the purchaser through the exchange / return portal located on the top of the website
4. If you initiate a return, we will email you a return label. Once the item is received our staff will process the return/exchange and either ship you your replacement item, or refund your money to the card used to make the purchase. We process returns on Wednesdays and Fridays typically however holiday traffic and inclement weather may cause changes to this.
5. International buyers be advised that return labels will need to be purchased at your expense. Check with your local courier and please obtain a tracking number so you are able to monitor the shipping progress
Return & Refund Policy
1. Products can be returned for a refund no later than 30 days after delivery.
2. Products returned after 30 days are eligible for a store credit for the value it was purchased. Clearance items may not be returned.
3. Products returned for refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee which shall not exceed a $10.00 charge
4. Our self service returns portal located on the top of the site will walk you through the returns process step by step.
5. All returned items must be sent back using our return system. If you do not sent your items back with the return number on the package we have no way to identify your order and the items will be restocked or donated.
1. Orders canceled before shipment are subject to 10% restocking fee. ( If the label has been purchased, and the items have been packed )
