60 Day Free Returns & Exchanges:
- Items may be returned/exchanged within 60 days of delivery.
- Items must be new and unused with original tags attached.
- All Clearance and Last Chance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your purchase carefully.
- Purchases made during our Black Friday through Cyber Monday sale are eligible for exchange or store credit only—no refunds.
- Returns/exchanges must be processed manually by the purchaser through the returns/exchanges portal.
- Products returned after 60 days are eligible for a store credit for the value the item was purchased for.
- Products returned for refunds are subject to a 10% restocking fee which shall not exceed $10.00.
- When you initiate a return/exchange, we will email you a return/exchange label free of charge. Once the item is received our staff will process the return/exchange and either ship you a replacement item, or refund the card used to make the purchase. We process returns on Wednesdays and Fridays typically, however holiday traffic and inclement weather may cause changes to this.
- International buyers be advised that return/exchange labels will need to be purchased at your expense. Check with your local courier and please obtain a tracking number so you are able to monitor the shipping progress.
- All returns/exchanges must be sent back using our returns portal. If you do not send your items back using the return portal, you will not have a return number. Without a return number, we have no way to identify your order and the items will be restocked or donated.
Order Cancellations:
- Orders canceled before shipment are subject to 10% restocking fee (If the label has been purchased, and the items have been packed).
