60 Day Free Returns & Exchanges

Items may be returned or exchanged within 60 days of delivery.
Items must be new, unused, and have original tags attached.

Clearance, Last Chance & Promotional Sales

All Clearance and Last Chance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please review your purchase carefully before completing checkout.

All purchases made during sitewide promotional sales (such as LABORDAY, Black Friday, or other major events) are final sale and not eligible for refund.

During Black Friday and Holiday promotions, sale items are eligible for store credit only unless marked Last Chance or Final Sale.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on all store credit returns.

No price adjustments will be made on previous orders.

We keep it fair. Just remember — Last Chance means exactly that.

Hand Cut Items are Final Sale

All Cut-Off Tanks, Street Cut Tees and Pump Cut Hoodies are final sale.  We hand cut these to order.

Return & Exchange Process

All returns and exchanges must be initiated through our Returns/Exchanges Portal.
If you do not use the portal, your order will not have a return number, and we may be unable to locate your return. Items received without a valid return number may be restocked or donated.

1.  Initiate your return or exchange through the portal.

2.  Once approved, we’ll email you a return/exchange label free of charge (U.S. customers only).

3.  After your item is received and inspected, our team will:

Ship your replacement item or

Issue store credit for eligible sale items, or

Refund the card used for purchase (non-sale items only).

We typically process returns on Wednesdays and Fridays, though holidays or weather may cause delays.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for purchasing their own return or exchange shipping labels.
Please use a tracked service and keep your tracking number to monitor progress.

Restocking Fee

Products returned for a refund (non-sale items only) are subject to a 10% restocking fee, not to exceed $10.00.
